💳 Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits are applied toward your total service.

• Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment.

• Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card, and payment plans though Stripe.
  Note: Venmo, Credit Card, and Stripe payment plans include a processing fee.

⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in losing your deposit.

• No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit.

• You may reschedule through your confirmation email.

• A new deposit will be required to rebook.

⌛ Late Arrivals

• A 20-minute grace period is allowed.

• Arrivals later than 20 minutes will result in a forfeited deposit and require rescheduling.

👥 Guests

• PMU Appointments: No extra guests are allowed in the procedure room.

• Brow Services (shaping, tint, lamination): One guest may accompany you.

📸 Photos & Videos

• Photos and videos may be taken before, during, and after your appointment with your consent.

• These may be used for documentation and social media marketing.

✨ Touch-Up Sessions

• A 6–8 week touch-up is highly recommended for best results.

• Touch-ups are a separate service and fee.

• Booking beyond 8 weeks may result in an additional charge.

🚫 Health & Contraindications (PMU Clients Only)

For your safety, please do not book if you:

• Are under 18 years old

• Are pregnant or nursing

• Have specific medical conditions (heart problems, diabetes, skin disorders, hemophilia, HIV, cancer treatment, etc.)

• Are taking certain medications (Accutane, blood thinners, skin meds)

• Recently had Botox (must wait 3–4 weeks)

• Have allergies to lidocaine or numbing agents

By booking, you confirm you have read and understood all health risks and do not have contraindications.
